2 Touristen auf Mangaia

Die zweite Insel, welche wir auf den Cook Islands besuchen, ist die südlichste, Mangaia.

The second island we visit on the Cooks is the most southern one, Mangaia.

Als die 2 einzigen Touristen auf der Insel wohnen wir in der besten Unterkunft. Wir fühlen uns wie zu Hause, da die Dusche wie für uns gemacht ist, viel Platz, hohe Befestigung, einen Schlauch und Druck auf der Leitung :-)

As the only 2 tourists on the island, we stay at the best resort. It feels like home, as the shower is made for us, which means lots of space, a facility to fix the shower head high enough, a hose and water pressure :-)

Maui führt uns um die Insel und zeigt uns alle "Touristenattraktionen".

Maui leads us around the island and shows us all the "tourist attractions".

Mangaia hat keine Strände, gebaded wird hier im Steinbad oder im Hafenbecken.

There are no beaches on Mangaia, so we swim in the rock pool or the harbour.

Am Riff treffen wir auf Krebse und Kotuku Vögel.

There are crabs and Kotuku birds at the reef.

An den Abenden geniessen wir die Sonnenuntergänge.

We enjoy the sunsets in the evening.

Ein einzigartiges Erlebnis, jetzt fliegen wir weiter auf Aitutaki.

A once in a lifetime experience. We are now on the way to Aitutaki.
